Hello friends! Believe me, studying can be pretty stressful. Why not grab a cup of tea or coffee and take that much-needed break? One book that helps me to escape it all and is one of my all-time favorites, is Diana Wynne Jones’ Howl’s Moving Castle.
Growing up, I always thought that Howl’s Moving Castle was solely the work of Studio Ghibli. It wasn’t until I was in High School that I realized that Howl’s Moving Castle was actually a book before it was adapted into a movie.
The truth is, both the book and the movie can help you to escape to a world of adventure and fantasy! Of course, The book has more details and information as compared to the movie (which is normally the case with books versus their movie adaptions). There are also some neat spoilers the movie seems to ignore. However, I feel this helps to keep the book as a separate entity from the movie.
So please, take a study break and read the book or watch the movie! You deserve it! Let me know what you think about the book or the movie below in the comments or on our Facebook page!
And remember, it’s okay to work a lot, but don’t forget to take a break here and there. It is important for your mental and physical health!
