This is Kirsten, the Henlo Intern!

Hello! I am Kirsten and it is a pleasure to finally write my first blog! On most days you will find me in my room attempting to complete all my university homework before it is due. The internal war with procrastination is ever on-going…

I have a love for animals, with my favor being towards cats of all shapes, sizes, and species ( I have eight house cats. Don’t judge me… All of them are my babies).

Originally, I am from New Jersey and there I lived my childhood near the ocean. This would probably explain why I have a love for the beach and an affinity to sunsets. Currently, I am taking my last semester at University! I am a self-proclaimed Meme Lord ( I spend my last waking moments before bed, surfing through memes… This brings me much fulfillment)!

Writing is not my strong point because I lack creativity. Reading is not my strong point either, because I easily get distracted by my own thoughts. Overcoming my shyness and social anxiety will be the biggest challenge for me. These are some of the things I hope to work on (as well as some other skills) throughout my internship with Henlo. Hopefully, you readers will get to experience my growth with me! If you have any tips or tricks for me, I am all ears!
