Weekly Stretch - Journal Time!

It isn’t exactly news right now that the world is just a little crazy.

So many of us are finding ourselves with a bit more time at home. To stretch those writing muscles this week I would encourage you to take just a few min out of each day to journal the changes that have been happening around you and how they impact your day-to-day. What has been extra challenging for you? What are you extra thankful for right now?

**Extra points if you take your journal entries for the week and turn it into a 3rd person short story. **

Extra Stretch:

With all the social distancing and self quarantine going on right now everyone seems so far away. Take some time to write a letter to someone that you know that is being impacted and remind them of why they are important to you. A little can go a really long way in brightening someone’s day.
